MaternityMetrix Newsletter During February and March, we attended several events and conferences across Wisconsin, where we connected with nurses, doulas, and other dedicated professionals in the field. It was truly a pleasure meeting so many passionate individuals and building meaningful connections within the community. Wisconsin Expands Postpartum Coverage Gov. Tony Evers signed a law extending postpartum medicaid coverage from 60 days to 1 year through the state’s medicaid program, BadgerCare Plus. State Rep. Robyn Vining, D-Wauwatosa, said, “This bill would save lives.” Expanded Coverage for new mothers will begin July 1, 2026. Follow us on social media!
